The Firm's History

Muci-Abraham & Asociados was founded by José Muci-Abraham in 1978, after serving as Comptroller General of the Republic.

 

Since its founding more than 40 years ago, the Firm has been renowned for rendering legal services of extraordinary quality to its clients, both national and international, in matters dealing with Private and Public Law. Muci-Abraham & Asociados is also renowned for its close relationship with the Venezuelan University and Academy, because its partners have taught Law in the most prestigious universities in Venezuela and invest part of their time teaching, researching and publishing legal books and specialized essays. Its founder, José Muci-Abraham, and its Managing Partner, José Antonio Muci Borjas, are Members (Individuos de Número) of the Venezuelan Academy of Political and Social Sciences.

 

For the solid academic formation of its partners and their well known background and experience, the Firm often acts as a “Lawyer’s Lawyer” in complex issues and transactions, giving advice to other national and international law firms.
